Ingredients:

Rice pasta package: Rice pasta (rice>55%, corn starch, wheat starch, water).

Tomato seasoning package: soybean oil, tomatoes, salt, spices, food additives (monosodium glutamate, flavorings, potassium sorbate).

Green bean package: Yardlong beans (Yardlong beans, water, sal. potassium sorbate), water, black mushroom, soybean oil, chili, salt, vinegar, monosodium glutamate.

Soup package: water, river snail soup, soybean oil, spices, shallot, monosodium glutamate, rock sugar, ginger, potassium sorbate.

Bamboo shoot package: Bamboo shoot (bamboo shoot, water, salt, potassium sorbate), soybean oil, chili, monosodium glutamate.

Curd package: Curd beans (soybean, water), soybean oil.

Peanut package: peanuts, soybean oil.

Cooking instructions:

1. Put the rice noodles in a pot with 500 ml of cold water and cook until boiling
2. Cook the rice pasta for 5-8 minutes, then strain it.
Boil another 500 ml of water. Add the tofu and rice noodles from step 2 to the water.
3. Cook until the rice noodles are pinched with chopsticks. Then put the soup base and all the ingredients in the cooking pot.
4. Add peanut and chili oil (to personal taste) and mix slightly. You can also add vegetables.
